Summer Camp Waiver & Refund Policy

I understand my child will participate in hands-on building activities involving LEGO® bricks and related equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Bricks & Minifigs Tucson Northwest, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

If I need to cancel my registration, I understand that Bricks & Minifigs Tucson Northwest will refund my payment (minus $25 processing fee) for cancellations requested up to one week before the start of my registered camp session. Refunds are not available for cancellations requested less than one week before the start of my registered camp session. Bricks & Minifigs Tucson Northwest will not issue refunds if my child misses a class due to our own conflicts.

I understand that if a camp session is cancelled due to low enrollment, Bricks & Minifigs Tucson Northwest will contact me by phone to issue a full refund.

By completing registration, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and that I agree to these terms.
